Ode To A Stink Bug

Here the Palatial Horvath Estate, we’ve entered the season no one ever talks about – The Invasion Of The Stink Bug season. Earlier today as I was sitting and listening to the latest batch of my insect companions buzz around, I was moved to write some poetry (of course). And thus I am proud to present…

Ode To A Stink Bug

O Stink Bug, O Stink Bug
High up on the wall,
How can you walk
Upside down and not fall?

Thou, Which Art But Air (fantasy short story)

I thought I would share another short story with you today.  This one’s a fantasy (I guess) and it originally appeared in Potpourri Magazine back in 1993 (although I’ve reworked it a bit since then).

Click either the image or the link to read.  I hope you enjoy it!

PS – If you like, please check out my updated short story page.  I’ve changed things up so I won’t be using .pdf files anymore, and I like the way it’s turning out so far.  More stories to come!  🙂

Little Voices (A Free SF Short Story)

After a bit of thought, I’ve decided to post some of my short stories here on the blog.   Your mileage may vary, but I find them entertaining.  🙂

This is one of my favorites.  I wrote it a while ago, and I was apparently feeling quite disgruntled about the number of pastries people were bringing into the office.  Let this be a lesson to you!

I hope you enjoy “Little Voices”.
